Info Needed on Legacy Insurance Services, Inc from AZ

I have a meeting with Legacy Insurance Services, Inc this evening. They are an MGA for Auto/Commercial risks and just looking for any feedback, positive or negative, about them from anyone that may know. Thier HQ is in Phoenix, AZ.

We have been doing business with them in California for a long time and have never had any problems.

Well I really wanted to appoint with them but they are Not Rated with the rating carriers and my E&O insurance would have to have an "Insolvency Exclusion" added to it once I bound any policy with them. Meaning basically that if one of my carriers went insolvent and there was an E&O claim because of that, i would not be covered and thus be paying out of pocket.

I'd love to get hooked up with them though, they have a great concept and target niche.
