If someone is willing to give an AOR for a BS dental discount plan then that decision maker is either stupid or has very poor representation.
I can almost guarantee any dental practice that has any kind of overhead is not going to discount their procedures more than 20%. Any person could negoiate that discount themselves with the dentist. Cash Deal.
