Our Agency Has two offices. Our main office is located in Rocklin CA, Our second office is located in Orem, UT. We are actively engaged in looking to purchase a book of p&c or an entire agency in Utah. We will pay up to 2.5 times the gross annual commission in installments or lump sum however the seller would like it. Ideally we are looking for agencies that generate at least 2 million in gross premiums annually.
