I've been looking to acquire group benefit books of business in my home state for some time. While I'm in 'discussions' with 3 entities looking to exit the market, they can't seem to pull the trigger. I'll continue to work with them, but still would like to acquire at least one agent's book of business this year.

Any suggestions as to what I can do other than network, network, network?
