I have looked the last couple of years and have not found anything on the health side. In Central Indiana, most of the agencies merged between 2008-2010. There was a good amount of 2 & 3 life shops that merged together.

Prior to that Wellsfargo bought up a lot of small agencies. There was another outfit that bought up mid size agencies.
