Appointment Setting on Sundays

Ok, I need some help. I always thought that calling people to book appointments on Sundays was illegal, unless you had a prearrangement with the person you are calling to do so on a Sunday. Thought it was federal law. Yet I am reading some threads that are saying some agents are doing the majority of their appointment setting on Sunday, and having great success, as more people are home. Please advise.

BTW I wouldnt do it if it was. Just was curious.

It is a state law in some states, not a federal law.
I have no idea about Arkansas.

It's illegal to call anyone related to you in Arkansas on Sunday. So it pretty much means you can't use the phone at all.
