Cold Calling - No Phone but Have Internet

Hi all, I am new to this. but is their any way i can make calls from my laptop?

I have no phone.

However, I do have internet.

I have seen GVoices but they charge? is this correct?

funds are a bit low at moment :(

Google voice is free. I've never heard of anyone getting banned for using it "too much", but it is in their TOS.

Skype is super cheap, but they will insist on you not going over their terms of use (about 50 calls a day).

I offer a dialer, but that's $49/month which is quite a bit more than free.

I should've said monthly phone service. Some of the pay as you go advertise unlimited for under $50 a month and you can but a cheap phone(without a cord).

That also doesn't use the laptop. Quite the riddle we have going here.

Even at 50/month with no contract there wouldn't be a free phone. A "free" phone would mean a contract.

Get MetroPCS, unlimited for everything, calls, data, msg and etc...exclusion is international call.

magicjack.com I know of someone who used it before and it is free after u pay whatever they charge for it but I hear they have a free promo right now (from my understanding)....but, u probably get what u pay for.
