Here is the best way to think of you representing an insurance company.
To determine if you a representative of an insurance company, first determine if it would benefit you to be a representative or not to be a representative. Then you are the opposite.
I'm sorry, but I don't understand what that means. I can answer, "Yes, I can benefit representing an insurance company." Is that the "acid test?" How does this 'answer the question' of whether or not I represent an insurer?
