Hi, regularAgent!

I don't usually recommend writing a script (as in something that you will read verbatim). When I make a sales script, I usually just write talking points or FAQs. I also write the things that I've researched about my prospect. I look for something that can instantly build rapport.

My suggestion for scripts? Focus more on your prospects and how you can engage and not on the product/service that you offer.
