Thank you for your posts, we'll gladly address all of your comments and we apologize in advance for the lengthy reply. SalesDialers has nothing to hide and no problem admitting we have made mistakes and at times could have handled things differently. As we grow, we may make more mistakes and it would be naive to assume that any of us will operate mistake-free indefinitely... hindsight is always 20/20.

About seven years ago we decided as insurance agents we would generate leads while developing our software and unfortunately we didn't get the results some of our customers expected. Most of our customers were pleased but like every business we had several unhappy agents that either received free leads or a refund to resolve the matter. As an agent, perhaps you've had a problem with a lead vendor or had agents in your downline expect a lead to sign an application on the spot... if only it were that easy.

After several years generating leads, we shifted our focus 100% towards our software and have a great track record of customer satisfaction many of which are on this forum. Although a more recent complaint has been mentioned here, we never denied not having any complaints about our software. We've only seen a handful of unhappy customers in years and every dialer has a complaint on this forum or the Internet. It's the nature of any and every type of business.

On a side bar, there seems to be some focus on Gary Prado who indeed is one of the owners who previously helped with the lead-generation operation. As a collective, we make all decisions together, have made some mistakes, but we have done a lot of things right as well. We correct mistakes as best we can and proceed with business as usual with the benefit of lessons learned. Gary's ideas and drive have grown this company from an idea to where we are today... we couldn't be more pleased. He represents our investor's well and is a hard worker, good husband and father.
No matter what you do some customers can not be pleased although each and every day we try to do so. There is no magic formula for appeasing unhappy customers, but nothing has ever been done with ill intent, illegally, unethically or likewise as some people might suggest. There have never been any charges of any kind, past or present, brought against SalesDialers, any employee of SalesDialers, Gary Prado or any organization Gary has been associated with in the past. To suggest otherwise is inappropriate, unfounded and any future posts should include facts not embellishments or hearsay.

Let's address some of these complaints... complaints that every dialer and company has experienced although some do have merit. Several people had technical problems with our dialer just like EVERY dialer on the market. A few had problems with “their” lead vendor with integration where we did everything we could with no help from their lead vendor. Some used our dialer for many months problem-free then canceled, filed a chargeback and we legitimately pursued and collected those funds. And several neglected to follow our simple cancellation procedure, an email in writing with one day notice, and even went to great lengths to fabricate and predate an email claiming they did. Many years ago we initiated a program to back up all of our emails and validate their authenticity via coding... we do everything in writing. These same people will embellish and fabricate improprieties and do so under “false” profiles. There are always two sides to every complaint. We go over and beyond to resolve each and every unsatisfied customer, but some people simply refuse to be helped no matter what you do. I'm sure we have all encountered such a scenario.

Surely there would be more complaints on this forum, through the BBB and on the Internet if there were any substance or merit to these complaints? We've asked these individuals to provide proof of their accusations and embellishments as we take them very seriously and we've yet to receive a reply. As a matter of fact, we encourage customers that wrongly accuse us to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau formally if they truly feel their complaint has merit. Accusations of unprofessional behavior and the likewise are purely fictitious and we can provide proof in writing. All measures are exhausted to resolve a customer complaint to their satisfaction and if necessary a refund. We have a small company with good people that believe in the value of our software where every one works tirelessly to accommodate the rapid growth of our products and support of our customers.
In regards to the accusations of plagiarism, we take this seriously and have addressed the problem swiftly. Our employees wear many hats, several write blogs, posts, etc. and we give some more freedom than others... many have profiles on this forum. Never has any employee attempted to post to this forum under “ghost” profiles or false pretenses. Any instances where the author was not given proper credit have been corrected. We have never plagiarized content or published with the intent of claiming it as our own. Any content we've shared we've always had permission of the author or the author did not care to receive credit. It's the proper thing to do and will not be a problem going forward. The only reason we post is to share good sales information when we find it.

In closing, perhaps some things could have been handled differently, but how many businesses or agents on this forum became an expert over night, never made mistakes or never had a bad experience with a customer? We hope this addresses your comments and realize some of you may never be satisfied no matter what we do. Those of you who relentlessly antagonize and do so unprofessionally shall not receive any more of our time unless done so with a little bit of couth. We understand and see the value in your posts and you clearly have a lot of experience to offer. However, all the knowledge in the world means nothing if its coming from someone who portrays themselves in such an unflattering light. You couldn't speak this way in the corporate world (and be respected) and if our elected officials (Republican or Democrat) spoke in such ways we would give them little to no credence...this forum should be no different. We have never even one time treated a customer anywhere close to the way some members have spoke to us or others on this forum and will never do so.

However, we do acknowledge, embrace and thank you for your feedback and will gladly respond to all future posts as long as they are provided in a professional and non-contentious manner. Our employees would like to continue to use the forum to both gather knowledge and share our knowledge in the insurance industry. Like any person or business we strive to grow and adapt our company while providing a quality product at a fair price while servicing our customers to the best of our ability. We would like to proceed business as usual, thank you and hope everyone has a nice and safe holiday weekend.

Gary's ideas and drive have grown this company from an idea to where we are today... we couldn't be more pleased. He represents our investor's well and is a hard worker, good husband and father.
Nice try, but whether he's a "good husband and father" is immaterial. A few years back, Gary was busted on this forum posting as different people, bashing competitors, and denying it.

That means he lied.

Due to that, many have questioned his integrity, as they should. The questions you should be answering are:

Why did he do it?
What did he learn (if anything) from it?
Does he regret it?
In regards to the accusations of plagiarism, we take this seriously and have addressed the problem swiftly.
Allegations? Really? I think it's been proven that they are fact.
Never has any employee attempted to post to this forum under “ghost” profiles or false pretenses.
You're denying that your president, Gary Prado did this? Hahahahahahaha. Should we go back and look at the forum's records?
