Mr. Piola also wrote a good book on B2B that I got off of Amazon a while back. This guy literally built a debt collection company from nearly nothing to a massive publically traded company by working B2B. He was the only salesman for the company in the early days and eventually hired a sales staff and trained them on how to succeed marketing B2B.

Anyway, good read and some practical things you can take from it.
