So who here knows the clarification on the pay caps the new health bill proposes?? It has a section that will impose pay caps on all employees and consultants of banks and insurance companies.....and not just health insurance and not just the ones who recieved tarp!
Would an independent agent be considered a consultant?
It seems to put an actual number figure on the caps, as opposed to a percentage...
Has anyone heard anything about this?

The wording is in there, they even talked about it on meet the press this past sunday, senator Dodd and Kyl spoke about it.
