403B Leads & Turn Key Seminar System.

BAY AREA, CALIFORNIA.

Hi there fellow insurance agents.
This is an incredible opportunity in a market with very little or no competition.

Big Business opportunity for LIFE and ANNUITY sales and more...

My proprietary seminar system (which focuses mainly on their 2 pension plans STRS & PERS) and give face to face coaching on how to do this. I provide the complete blueprint how to do this.

I'd be teaching:
1. How to get the on-site seminar (need permission to enter schools) I'll teach you how to easily outsource this task.
2. My Scripts. What to say in the seminars (and what not to say). How long you will have - How to build interest during your presentation and walk out with a stack of leads every time!
3. Every form, brochure, handout, POS pieces that I used in the entire process. All in PDF's I can have customized to your specific business.
4. How to sell to this market and what to sell. (some will need more guidance than others) Also what you can sell (not many limitations) This will be more about what you WANT to sell. But hint: it's PERFECT for 10-14 year Fixed Annuities and various UL plans.
5. I'll teach you how while other agents in this market were picking up $500.00 monthly annuities - I was picking up $500 monthly life premiums (with NO deception!) They want this stuff! I'll show you how I did it! Roll-overs are big in this market too though! Most of these teachers have at least 10-200k in annuities or mutual funds (depending how long they've been teaching).
6. Full list of Bay area school contacts - emails - phone numbers.

To discuss further please shoot me an email with your contact info.

Thanks,
[email protected] / email me for more info

Spam? Come on. What I'm offering is legit and someone can really benefit from. I would never share this info but since I have removed myself from the market- the first person that wants in - I'm going to turn into a 403B jedi knight who will easily make 150k + a year after expenses.
Don't hate please! :)
Also guys like me don't hang out in forums often, hence the 1 post. (i'm too busy coming up with new ideas and SELLING). Now go work on that website of yours....it needs work. ;)

Yes your the type to completely ignore forum rules and have posted an offer on your first post.

And what type of response would you expect, no one knows you, your posting behind a cloak. Your leaving a market after 2 years for what you say is bigger and better opportunities. The 403(b) market has gone through a lot of changes that have made working it more difficult since the new regulations have gone into effect....Now I will clarify that statement based on Maine as I do not work California. I would agree with your statement that these people will always need the same help year after year but your leads do go stale after a period of time not the least of which is after 90 days if they are on the DNC list you have not legal right to contact them on their home telephone. Maybe you can wander the halls in California but in Maine to get in the schools you need to be buzzed in which they won't do for a salesperson unless you have an appointment and you are escorted to the appointment by either the teacher or one of their students. Junior high and High school teachers tend to have an ext and voicemail to call them during the day but I've found it unusual for them to be able to answer during the school day, most elementary schools in my area the teachers do not have voice mail and though almost all teachers have email cold contacts don't work well that way because after a couple of complaints your domain is blocked (I've taught my clients to complain). So I'll say it again what did you expect the response to be?

I always love the "I made a ton of money" posts "but.. I am leaving for new frontiers.." Pitch.

I always wonder how many people fall for that. It always sets off my BS detector.

Sure, you've made so much money off your system that now you are going to stop and go sell real estate.

Yes- The market is super profitable and I made a lot of money in it in two+ years. I just got bored with it - meeting with the same client (profile) essentially over and over again & I like new challenges, what can I say? That's honest. I was averaging 15 meetings a week and 1-2 seminars using my system , so yah I did get burned out. I now focus on lead generation and sales which are highly profitable for me and less service intensive. The 403b market is perfect for certain agents, an amazing opportunity if you know how to do it!

Not sure what the complaints are about - you all sound like a fairly miserable lot. Seriously.

You point out all the things that can work against you when calling a lead - well done! I especially liked the part about teachers not being able to answer the phone during the school day! Wow that's enlightening!!:D How long did it take you to figure that one out?

Look, all leads have their challenges. The great thing about this market is once you are in with one teacher - it leads to immediate introductions and leads from their peers. But that's ok - you keep focusing on the challenges a particular lead poses (yawn), I'll keep finding ways to create more and find the value in them. :1tongue:

Well you got that right. I worked the 403(b) market for 8 years and by the end of it I was grinding my teeth because for the most part the complaints they had about their profession was primarily the same.

Well for starters, YOU just can't choose anyone to do this as they will most likely need a pay slot. I suppose you have that too lol.

I work this market and nobody leaves it after two years who is doing well, nobody.

I seriously doubt that they just made the 403b market in California into the old 'Wild West'. I don't think I need to warn anybody about you. If you have a great book of business, another agent out in Cali would take it in a New York minute.

No I'm pointed out the flaws of purchasing old leads from you. I will agree that that person responded for a reason and unless someone else has satisfied that requirement that the need still remains. But the desire decreases over time not to mention the requirements to legally contact them. If your lead is over 90 days old and on the DNC list then you can not legally contact them at home. You can legally contact them at work, and I pointed out the difficulties in doing that in my previous post.

To be fair a pay slot isn't magical and if he used an independent carrier or an independent carrier has a slot it shouldn't be that hard to get permission to use it...If he came from a captive carrier like Met, Horace Mann etc they normally restrict their slots to their captive salesforce.

And California might be a great place..I know Maine kinda got ruined...When the new regs where being put in place all the districts here turned to their attorny (Its the same firm for almost every friggin district in the state can you believe that) Their advice do not sign any vendor paperwork make them sign yours bye bye mutual funds, If you allow loans or hardships you are open to liability bye bye loans and hardship almost every district wrote those out of the plan documents..

Baggins mentions transfers as big business and I would agree prior to the new regs I would kill with 90-24 transfers now those don't exist and the plan can restrict or even not allow exchanges within the plan and in Maine you can look at it as good and bad...Much fewer transfers but at least your existing account stays on the books...though it might be dormant.

I did notice Baggins says he is getting into Lead Generation I wasn't sure from his sentence if he means he is going to start selling leads or he was talking about generation for personal production.
