Why would you set appointments and not do the sales? Trying to figure out why appointment setters wouldn't just become licensed agents.
I have a friend that used to do insurance sales. She found out that she could make more money setting appointments for 3 to 4 agents as well as working a few leads of her own.
For her, it was a matter of work/life balance.
We all have our own reasons.
