Getting into Commercial Insurance

I have been working in the P&C world for about a year and a half now. I'm able to find myself personal lines through lists, leads, and referrals. The independent agency I work at is very small as far as producers go, and our commercial book of business is lucky if it hits $50k. So at the beginning of the year I decided that I needed to get that increased for us. I keep running into the same issues though. We don't really know where to find commercial leads unless they "walk in the door" so to speak, and even if we had the leads don't really know the best way to go about prospecting them. Any and all advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
