How to Find Other Agents for COI Work

I have begun to develop COI's, and I want to partner up with other agents in my neck of the woods (and state) to offer other verticals they don't do.

How can I find a list of agents? If there is a list for this, what are the filters? Can you find out which vertical they work, like Life etc.?

Appreciate any help!

I believe he's referring to "Centers of Influence":

Influential people in a community. Real estate (and Insurance) agents cultivate relationships with these "centers of influence" as a method of locating prospects in the community where the person has influence.
