LTC Leads-Who's the Best?

I'm wondering if there is a Long Term Care lead company out there that I won't be throwing my money away with.

Lead Companies: Please understand that I'm the kind of person that will take out advertising to ensure if I get screwed the favor will be reciprocated. I've been a great client of some lead services but more often than not we agents waste our time and money. Lead companies should be monitored and held accountable and if I have to help regulate I will. This time is a great opportunity for young professionals to make a start in this industry and I don't want them to be taken advantage by waste of time lead sources. I'm very passionate about what I do and people NEED what we offer. If new agents are being taken advantage of and being discouraged out of this industry by hungry lead companies, then shame on the lead companies!!! As Agents, we are now experiencing the baby boomers and they need our HELP!

It's called Google Adwords...or paid advertising in Yahoo or Bing. Ok, they're not the end all be all, but they'll generate leads if managed well.
