Medicare Supplement Leads?

I have a full time job but I want to start selling insurance again in my free time.

After reading for a bit, I think Medicare supplements is the direction I want to go (maybe MA as well).

What do you guys do for leads? Any tips for someone who is doing this part time vs. full time?
