Sounds too good to be true. Then they don't need salesman to sell they just need order takers and can't keep the commissions to themselves.

20 out of 20 is for amateurs. The pros will do 30+ out of 20 writing spouses.

seller88: any luck with the NATIONAL DATA SERVICES leads. I have been contacted by them and am not sure what to think. I am hesitant to put down $300-$400 for the initial leads.

I was scammed by a service a few years ago using almost the exact same selling points but under a different name. If they require you to give them your routing and checking account number, run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. Either way, approach with caution. Do your research, and if you can't find enough info online to satisfy your hesitation, then listen to your gut.

What was the name of the person that contacted any of you from this company? And has anyone signed up with them?

NDS - John Anderson 323-285-8047 is sales rep

Leads they provided are just like any other it seems. Most people didnt request a quote. One woman said she hadnt lived at this house for 3 years. I just tell them to file a complaint with the FTC that this company is providing non-public personal info to who knows who else through the internets. Below is what they propose to do

What we do
Headquartered in Tarzana, CA. National Data Services serves the lending needs of home buyers and home owners, real estate agents, and appraisers nationwide. We are passionate about fulfilling the American Dream, and realize the key to unlocking the mortgage process by providing all the resources needed for the consumer.
When joining our network you will receive applications that are verified twice by our verification department (address/name/phone match), once it’s verified through our department we then make sure that they are still interested. After the applicant agrees and has the need for new home purchase, that application is assigned to the Partner or mortgage brokers in that geographical location. Our goal is to connect the homeowner with an honest, timely and knowledgeable residential insurance specialist, making the process a breeze.
NOTE: all our applications are delivered exclusively to the Members of record within 12-48 hours of us receiving and verifying the applications. You will receive an email from apps@ndservices.net containing your applications for the day. You will receive them as we generate them. These applications are guaranteed closings.

What to expect as a Partner:
 Applications that are in need of home insurance or life insurance who will speak with you, and if you receive any non-viable applications of people changing their mind or whatever the reason we will replace them, no questions asked.
 Qualified applications that fit your needs.
 20 to 24 fields of information (see sample application)
**** We replace applications not appearing to be verified at no additional cost****
Thank you for your time,

National Data Services Re: National Data Services
Here is some information that I received a couple days ago by e-mail. I was called as well. I wish it was true. Would like to hear some feedback. I havent bought yet.

Our website is ushomeownersmarketing.com
US Homeowners Marketing has created a unique way to look at what could be called leads, we help people get their loans and then if they are in the need; get them to an agent like your self. But only when their money is approved and their home is picked out. They also only fit three categories, First time buyers, relocation people or people from your area looking to switch insurance companies. The following is the process in which we guarantee an agent the ability to write all of the clients they have paid for in actual written policies….

1.We market people who apply for a loan through our number one listings on both Yahoo and Google. If they are approved and their home is picked out we get them back directly from the lenders.

2.The clients are verbally interviewed by our accuracy team, than within 24 hrs from the contact they will be sent via email 1 per day to the email provided by the agency with an appointment time of contact; giving the agent a phone call opportunity to earn there business. (See Sample Applications above) If your agency writes their homeowners policy; you are happy and have earned a new client, we than retain a small percentage of the closings from the lender and we make money together. This is our primary income and the reason that you must write all of the people you have paid for in actual policies. Not just a list of names that has no guarantees at all.

3.We will replace any client that does not result in business until the amount of clients paid for is complete. This may take 45 to 90 days to complete the order. The agency pays once, works the sent clients, and when done and only than will we ask for your business again. When an agent requests a replacement we re-contact the client to confirm the agency did call at the appointed time.

4.An agency may choose Zip codes, County, Counties or up to a 30 mile radius of the office. This area will be for the one agency only to contact the client base.

5.The clients for home are $18.00 each and the clients for life are $29 each. Large orders will be discounted.

6.Contact Joseph Evans 213-283-7314 Mon – Fri
