If you guys can't sell 20 out of 20 then you are in the wrong business. Rookies.....
How did you find out about them?. I can't find a website under that name.
20 out of 20 is for amateurs. The pros will do 30+ out of 20 writing spouses.

seller88: any luck with the NATIONAL DATA SERVICES leads. I have been contacted by them and am not sure what to think. I am hesitant to put down $300-$400 for the initial leads.

I was scammed by a service a few years ago using almost the exact same selling points but under a different name. If they require you to give them your routing and checking account number, run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. Either way, approach with caution. Do your research, and if you can't find enough info online to satisfy your hesitation, then listen to your gut.

Leads they provided are just like any other it seems. Most people didnt request a quote. One woman said she hadnt lived at this house for 3 years. I just tell them to file a complaint with the FTC that this company is providing non-public personal info to who knows who else through the internets. Below is what they propose to do

When joining our network you will receive applications that are verified twice by our verification department (address/name/phone match), once it’s verified through our department we then make sure that they are still interested. After the applicant agrees and has the need for new home purchase, that application is assigned to the Partner or mortgage brokers in that geographical location. Our goal is to connect the homeowner with an honest, timely and knowledgeable residential insurance specialist, making the process a breeze.
NOTE: all our applications are delivered exclusively to the Members of record within 12-48 hours of us receiving and verifying the applications. What to expect as a Partner:

But only when their money is approved and their home is picked out. They also only fit three categories, First time buyers, relocation people or people from your area looking to switch insurance companies. The following is the process in which we guarantee an agent the ability to write all of the clients they have paid for in actual written policies….
1.We market people who apply for a loan through our number one listings on both Yahoo and Google. If they are approved and their home is picked out we get them back directly from the lenders.
2.The clients are verbally interviewed by our accuracy team, than within 24 hrs from the contact they will be sent via email 1 per day to the email provided by the agency with an appointment time of contact; giving the agent a phone call opportunity to earn there business. (See Sample Applications above) If your agency writes their homeowners policy; you are happy and have earned a new client, we than retain a small percentage of the closings from the lender and we make money together.
