I was using this company for mortgage leads. I have received 9 leads and I wrote the first 2. After that I would call the client and they said "we thought the mortgage insurance was already included. We are not interested."
I didn't think much of at the time, but the last straw of dealing with this company came this week, when I called them back about a lead that they sent me,
had a phone number that was not in service.
They said we cannot credit you for a bad or disconnected number. Each lead costs $41.20
I asked a supervisor to call me back and he never did, he just set an email saying that we have stopped you lead program per my request. The catch is I am still on the hook for another 45 days.
If you are thinking of using this company, One Life administrative Services 601 693 8357. I would think again.
I will chalk this up to a bad learning experience.
