I was working with an independent agent who seemed like a nice enough guy, but his training was a little lacking (in my opinion). In any event, I'm moving on to Liberty National (anybody with any experience on them?). My hope is to eventually get back into the independent market once I've accumulated some scratch.
Finally, the question: I noticed that the leads my guy gave me were 3-6-2 years old and they were from netquote. Basically, he would forward me his e-mails. Obviously, there's money that can be made from warm leads and financially speaking I imagine they would be a lot cheaper than fresh leads. Did my broker have these leads stuck on his computer and he just forwarded them to me or is there a market for warm leads?
