Just buy direct mail leads. You can order them through Lead Connection, Need a Lead, Jenmarco or other vendor.

Are you looking for the quickest way?
Leads with highest closing %?
Most consistent lead flow?
All 3 of those questions could be answered with a different type of lead for FE.

Best way is how to make the most money. The questions you've asked don't necessarily hit on that.
All the big players in this arena are working DM. There's a reason for that, it's because they are making the most money.
