Why Do Telemarketing Companies Take Advantage of Agents?

The answer? Because they can! Agents are desperate for leads, they are our life blood. They take advantage the same as the weight loss products you see on tv. They promise big results but it never works out. If these companies were so great, their repeat business would keep them from needing to get new agents to buy from them.
 
Simple solution - Dont pay for hours - Pay for Appointments / Leads only- (Make sure you and the firm define what qualifies) -

Also ask who owns the lead - will they re-sell and turn you into a quote mill?


don't pay them in advance - Make them sing for their supper each month- (a small down and montly installment works)
if they are not performing - dont - Pay

I contracted with Beacon Marketing, Charlie Tan, and Sean Fipps to provide 10 commercial insurance appointments for a fixed price. Beacon estimated 4-6 months of calling was needed. After ONE YEAR Beacon had only made 3 appointments for us and I believe stopped calling. When I contacted Beacon for a prorated refund (via phone, email, mail).....I did not get ANY response. Maybe Charlie will leave a comment. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
 
For Medicare I have had a hard time finding a good teli service

The best I have found and use on reg basis is mark from leadz hub
The leads are not earth shattering but they are decent

Which is by far more then I can say for any other teli service I have used.

I find its important to do a mix of lead types
I do these teli Some exclusive internet and live transfer

together it is all working out

my own telemarketer. She's very good
and the leads are actually

people who asked for a quote. I

pay her very well per hour. And

it's working very nicely.

From What I understand it is not easy to find a good teli, I am still a year or so away from having the and patients to learn how to find and train & pay properly a personal teli for the right production.

I think I would have to spend some time cold calling just to Know what to expect.

and the disposable incolme to make a few mistakes before finding the right combo
