I'm looking to expand my team's footprint in the educator market by finding some top-notch agents to represent multiple carriers in the public school retirement sector.
Personally, I'm currently writing retirement plans for Midland -- we also have LSW, Great American, Voya and more. Just got a big partnership in place that will provide many more payroll slots to put agents in school districts all over.
If you are familiar with how this part of the industry works, you already know that it's not easy to "get in" for many parts of the country. Our primary task is to meet with teachers/administrators and review their state pension and expected income, and supplement that with a 403(b) and/or insurance coverage.
