Yes there are a few people in SD, probably people who went to Sturgis and got lost and never came back.

The AZ lead has been taken the SD lead is still available.

Unfortanetly I'm not licensed in the state, only in North Dakota. I actually do a fair amount of business in Fargo.

I can remember going on a family vacation as a middle school aged kid out to Glacier National Park in Montana. We left Minneapolis and drove through South Dakota on our way out there. As luck would have, the the alternator on the family van broke down just outside of Sturgis during the bike rally. We got a tow into town and we were gone in about 4 hours. I definetly got an "education" in those four hours. I think grandma was turning bright red.
