How can a group or Aggregator or Cluster boast a training program that they know works?

By having the correct trainers and compensating them correctly?


The Correct trainers: Licensed agents that have Managed agencies larger than 4 million in WP. Licensed agents that have hit the submit button, that have called your UW's, that have asked the same questions you have. (the Same questions you ask on this site daily) Where do I place a PC 10? Where do I Insure that dog? Why that policy instead of the other?

The Right Compensation for the right trainer
: A Trainer should be compensated (by the Aggregator) for the level of success the agents assigned to them are having.
