I currently live in NY where I am licensed as a broker in LAH and p and c.
I am moving (my residence) to NC
I want to set up shop in NC
I am not licensed in NC currently.
two questions,
first, can I simply do an address change with NY?, I won't be maintaining an office there ( I work only by phone)
second, to get licensed to do business in NC, I will apply for a resident license, since I am licensed in NY already, do I get any break, or do I have to do the required state ed and pass another test(s) ?
