Life Insurance NO Driver License

Looking for a company that provide Life insurance to individuals that:

Don't have a State Issued Driver License
Don't have a social Security number only ITIN number

Unless you are talking an FE policy, I'd say you are going to have to have some kind of government issued photo identification. Many states offer ID only cards, tell them to go get one of those.

A lot of this has to do with the PATRIOT act and money-laundering. You need some way to verify this person identity.
