Aggregating Client Data from Multiple Carrier Portals

We have been looking to see if there are any exiting solutions that enable agents ( initially health ) to aggregate data from multiple carrier and WBE portals into a single system to track status of enrollments, policies, payment status, NPN attribution and customer PII. Although useful in OEP, we expect that it would be also useful to identify changes in client status throughout the year. If there are not any viable solutions, we are considering developing such a product. For agents with multiple carrier appointments / GA relationships across multiple states, this would seem to be a needed, if not essential capability.

Are there solutions already for this? Is this capability of value?

On the life side InforcePro says they have one.

I use AgencyIntel from Intruity and it handles all of my clients and carriers very well. In fact it does my commission tracking and everything.

We are supporting an insurance client with our data visualisation and analytics software. In case you are interested, this is what it does.

Feeds and discrete reports received from corporate IT systems such as Agency Management Systems (AMS), Quoting Systems, Policy Administration, Claims Processing, CRM, Billing, Carrier Workflow or files via email transmittals are not synchronized, they miss transaction processing transparency and prone to human error.

If the above-described sounds familiar to you, then consider attending the upcoming FREE Webinar on PanBI Insurance Data Analytics. Our Insurance Practice team will present unique solution ideas and practical approaches to quickly data-driven intelligence to Agency's day to day operations. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and schedule in-depth consultations.

The link to the webinar is at panbi.co
