Bank Reconciliation of Trust Account

I own an independent personal lines agency and I wanted to see what everyone is using to do bank reconciliations with your trust account. We take a lot of cash payments for monthly payments and new business and it's gotten to a point where we really need some kind of automation system. We use an agency management system so we can transfer all the transactions to csv file, basically I'm looking for a software that will match the transactions from our management system with those from the bank.
