Under $100 per month
Do you want predictive (multiple lines with a possible lag) or do you want a power dialer (one line hearing the phone ring). I use dolphin one line dialer, played with many out there, this has more features than most (transfer capability, 3 way calling etc.).

We're doing a webinar on Thursday about a dialer that I'm now using. $49 first month; $99 thereafter. Predictive dialer, up to 10 lines (overkill).
We also have a "deal" on salesdialers at $79. I no longer use them if that tells you anything.

Ecsow dialer is only ten bucks a month.

Rotarydial is the most accurate and cheapest (once you purchase the phone) perfect quality and never a dropped call or static.
