Contact Manager

I know I saw a thread earlier about this so I apologize for the redundancy, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any lead management or contact manager software that is free. I'm not really in a position to buy a software program yet, so I wanted to see what suggestions you all have.

People seem to like www.freecrm.com .

You can get MySQL and Apache and phpMyAdmin and cobble your own contact manager together as I have, but that's probably not an option for most people (except for Macs which come with Apache and PHP so all you need to do is install phyMyAdmin and something to front-end it.
