I read the thread on the subject started by radius bob, but I don't have access 2010 and can't figure out how to get to the area of YIO he's referring to. Anyone else have any input on how to do this? Windows 7. I emailed him and thought id post here in the meantime.

Thanks in advance.

It took me a few times to get them the right file too. I think we may have done a screen share so they could find it. It's been a whole so I don't remember. I do remember not being able to find the file type they wanted.

Jacob,

If you can't get the Export to work, then you can do the following:

What you'll need to look for is YIO-5Data.mdb

You can do it one of two ways:

1) Search Program and Files for "YIO-5Data.mdb"

or

2) Go to your C: Drive > Programs Files > YIO > Find this file in that folder > Email it over

Let us know if this doesn't work.

Typically it is a large file, so you may need to ZipIt, throw it up on Goggle Docs or FTP it to your server and send us a link to download.
