Help with Google Apps Implementation

Hi all -

I do group employee benefits & individual/family health insurance, and I'm up to my neck in Obamacare rules & regs. At the same time, I'm streamlining my processes and putting everything on the cloud for mobility.

Do any of you have experience in setting up google apps, including tweaking the email for multiple email addresses/aliases, and adding groups? If so, let me know what your fee is, and together we will get this done!

Ann, I did it myself a year or so ago and it took me about 4-5 hours (most of that time being the email export and migration from my old source). It's not tough, it just takes time, and you can be doing other things while you're waiting on that migration.

One note: don't use Google Drive for any PHI, as it's not HIPAA-compliant. Neither is Dropbox - try Box.net.

I use google apps for business. You can either add an email address by going to your cpanel and then users or an alias in the cpanel under users---->user information--->add nickname.
