Prospect Tracking Software

I am looking for some sort of prospect tracking for large numbers. Something that can be used to track like call center prospects, sales, etc? something where each call center agent can make notes and other call center agents can read it by typing in the client's name. That way if someone is calling back , the second agent can make notes that the first agent can see and so on.

I am thinking of setting up a call center and was wondering if anyone knows of any software that would work well for this type of situation..
