Radius... How to Track Lead Sources

So I use Radius to track leads.. great system so far. I just having a brain cramp in how to most easily track lead sources. I know I can tag leads to a lead source, but I'm working a list of a couple hundred "possible" lead sources and want to track them as I work them into becoming lead sources / partners. Any ideas how to do this easily??

Sounds like Tags is an, but another could be creating a Custom Form Field that is a Dropdown Option:
