Sales Force As a BMS

Hey there,

Is anyone using Salesforce as their broker management system? We were at Dreamforce in San Francisco this year and saw some impressive stuff. I know of two apps that have potential to replace our BMS, but was wondering if anyone is having any success with Salesforce.

If you use it to supplement your traditional management system i'd be curious to hear about that too.
