Title says it all... What would your TOP 3, features/functions of the best lead management system?

If I end up using your idea, if we didn't already have it in place, then I'll PM you and you'll get a year for free... (huge value, :) can't discuss pricing yet)

#1 is drip marketing
#2 ability to define sales cycle and map out a process with an activity tracker that works on a points performance scale to measure productivity i.e. calling the lead is 1 point, closing the deal is 5 points, etc.
#3 ability to be mobile and integrate with google apps.

1 ability to have real time leads from vendors directly entered into system
(not just uploading excel or webpage entries)
Also On same note for the lead to easily show all pertinent info for quoting
Ie age (not just dob) zip code state gender, smoker or non

2 the ability to see close ratio's of all different lead sources

3 Help calculate commissions

If a 4th is allowed the Drip email

I don't know there are still a few more must haves for me

rule number 1 - Simple
rule number 2 - Simple
rule number 3 - Simple

Beyond that, tight integration into an agency management system.
Direct ties to quoting systems
Automatic quoting based on lead info
Lead information verification, i.e., address is correct and standardized
Does email work? Track if it bounces
Is phone valid?

Of course, I'm more P&C focused.

I would need to add, the ability to auto upload real time internet leads, and to simply upload other type leads like TM.

Real time internet leads should not have to be uploaded. They should automatically populate via API from the lead provider.

In all seriousness, the system should also automatically call you and then call the lead as well, on a schedule, till you talk to the prospect.

Some lead management systems offer this type of integration already and I can be talking to the prospect, wrapping up the sale, before your email even shows up 10 minutes after they hit the submit button.

This is def one of the biggest things

In my talks with many CRMs like Suger
they are not capable of receiving leads from vendors real time

Only allow to upload excel sheets and filled form on website
just such a waste and I cant even consider them

I am currently using Radius bob and love a lot of the features
but doesn't work perfectly and just does not have the feel I like

I am probably going with agent cubed in the future
has the feel and flow I am looking for and love the charts

but is missing some of the features I like about Radius bob
Like being able to upload documents and drip email

I wish I could combine the 2 for the perfect CRM
