Using a Separate System for Sales and Service? Using a Separate System for Sales and Service?
Are many agencies using a separate system for their sales and prospecting versus the system they use for service and renewals?

After looking at a lot of different systems, it doesn't seem that any one system accomplishes both very well. Has anyone had any luck using two systems and mapping the data to sync? If so what service are you using to sync the data?

Have you tried http://zapier.com/ ?

I don't use it myself since I can write code, but my marketing coach is a big fan of it.

Yup, we will be releasing Agency MVP to the Indy market sometime mid next year. Make sure you're storing all the data you can! Machine learning is proving to have crazy results. So far our average user is seeing 30-50% increase in New Business premium increase and a few have over 130% year over year increases.

Using a Separate System for Sales and Service? Re: Using a Separate System for Sales and Service?
At the risk of revealing my age, in my day the agents did the selling, the office girls did the service and renewals, and the bookkeeper kept track of the money.

When did everything get so complicated?
