This is an idea, instead of juggling thousands of leads and hundreds of clients or ten thousand leads and thousands of clients, get less clients! Instead of investing money and energy in contact software go and invest in COW or something similiar. You then can see less clients, need a lot less leads and have a lot more time on your hands to service you client.

Ps, its just an idea!
