Would You Use a Service Like This?

I'm looking for some input on a potential service. I've noticed that agents sometimes have a difficult time putting up landing pages / websites that are responsive (meaning they scale for both web and mobile browsers), and have a nice and intuitive design.

Would you use a service that allowed you to choose from a few templates, upload content to predefined places (About us, Types of Insurance, Contact, etc.) and then it would host that site for you? It would include a section on the website to collect leads for quotes and the leads would automatically go into a crm / management system that's included with the package? You could potentially even have a client login section that would let a client view their policy and policy information.

Any feedback on this?
