Anyone Use Referral Key?

I've had a few clients send me info that way and it looks like it's a way of organizing referrals. Has anyone used it?

I am looking at something familiar as to aspect of referring. Can't locate the actual name of the source right now, but it is geographic, is industry specific and people refer specific trades back and forth. A friend of mine is using this company and is satisfied with the referral coming back and forth. Will post once i locate info on home computer. Whats the name of what you are looking at?
