CRM/LEAD MGMT Providers

I am looking for a new crm. I am currently using velocify and they are trying to nail me with an outrageous price since i am at 26 users now and wanted to add another and they are telling me I have to upgrade and pay a much higher premium. I think there are some better options and would like to know anyones feedback. Thanks

Did you ever find a new CRM? I have done quite a bit of research on the subject and am curious to learn what you have found and happy to share my insights as well.

I use VanillaSoft. They have queue-based calling that automatically serves up the next best lead to call. Also, they have click to call functionality with my VOIP phone which works well.

How much is it every month with those features?
