May I suggest an SEO

It would cost a ton of cash to get to page one for search terms like "auto insurance", "cheap auto insurance", best auto insurance", or even "Pennsylvania auto insurance". So, why even bother?
I build and operate Medicare insurance sites. I'm no where near page 1, or even page 10, for the search term "medicare". However, I'm all over page one for searches like "medigap plans in san diego ca".
Rather than spend your hard earned cash for an SEO
"lick and a promise", invest in your own shopping comparison system that creates pages that capture long-tail search like "auto insurance in philadelphia pa".
You don't win the game the search engines created by hiring an SEO
to write 4, 8 or even 100 blog posts per month and spam backlinking them all over the web. You win by investing in a bit of software that generates thousands of pages of data-driven content.
This works because insurance is priced based on where you live, how old you are, what you drive and your driving record. Think about all of the combinations.
If you do this, now you're getting searches like "2012 honda accord insurance cost in philadelphia", which is a whole lot easier.
