Twice the usual fee, so $0. Sadly out might only be worth what the people pay for it, but free nonetheless.

Much more than that. Something like 40% of the search traffic goes to the top three results, so if you had two of those you'd be on top of things in a major way. Your biggest problem is going to be figuring out what to do with all your money
