Use Analytics to Improve Your Prospects' Experience (Videos)

I did a few videos last week on some ways you can use website analytics to learn about what your prospects want on your site, where things might be going wrong, and improve your conversion rate. Rather than do a basic how-to on Google Analytics (I'll leave that to Google), I focused on how you can go beyond things like "hits and visitors" to get a deeper understanding of your visitors' needs, where things might be going wrong, and why.
