I always go to the testimonials first. That way I can learn the truth and it is easier for me to make a decision whether or not to do business with them.............cause if it is in writing it just has to be true.

I will take a ugly SEO friendly website over a flash website that has no chance of getting any traffic. I agree most websites are just online business cards, most people miss the boat when they don't use there websites to create new business, or generate leads. I also agree that vistaprints website offerings are weak...

WordPress all the way. The hosting company that I use has simple 1 click installs. You'll be up in 30 minutes instead of 30 days. Finding a theme you like will probably take longer.
