Does anyone have anything of substance to tell me? Gollini or whatever has a lot of time his hands (bad sign in any sales job) and prefers to cause issues, another troll like any part of the Internet, I suppose I was naive to expect more from a forum for professionals.

A little humility goes a long way. Maybe Gollini is of little help to you, but people who may be more helpful are reading this as well. Do you want them to think you are a jerk who doesn't know half what he thinks he does?
