I'm currently in negotiations with a carrier in Atlanta,
GA. I've interviewed & been offered a position as a Major Accounts (100 lives - 5000) Representative calling on Employee Benefits Managers & brokers. Does anyone have any insight on this type of position? I've spoken with a couple of individual that are on the broker side and gotten some good feedback. Info on the following would be great if you have any.
1. top Carriers in
GA (other than BCBSGA)
2. Compensation & Commission structure
3. Effectively Calling on and servicing brokers to earn business.
4. Pros & Cons of working on the Carrier side
